Our staff members personally undergo an extensive screening process. Licensed detectives conduct thorough background checks on all of our providers. The screening process includes: personal interviews, verification of personal and employment references, a minimum of two years experience in the child care field, CPR certification, a valid drivers license, and multiple criminal court checks. The licensed detectives perform, many individual profile and criminal searches on each caregiver. These searches cover all county, state and national records. Care for Kids is dedicated to maintaining a harmonious relationship with both the client and caregiver.
